This is a TOPICAL reliever for symptoms of pain, inflammation and stiffness in muscles, joints, knees, hands, etc. There are several ways of attacking these kinds of aches and pains — one is internally (try our Muscles, Bones, Joints, etc. formula) — and another is externally using topical formulations such as this Deep Tissue Rub.
Usage: 3 to 4 times daily. Best after hot bath or shower. SHAKE WELL! Apply 1 to 2 dropperfuls to the affected area and massage in for 5 to 10 minutes. CAUTION: Do NOT use on or near sensitive areas such as eyes or genitals. Continue using until bottle is empty.
